This would work well when you are camping for several days in the same CG. The problem is that everything installed in the RV is the cheapest, most fragile, and poorly made materials. We have had everything from water leaks (multiple), large holes by the slideouts when extend, handles broken, hubcap falling off, and the furnace not working when in cold weather among many other small items breaking.
